About
the house.

N°01 — Origin

Greengold Agrifin Limited is a forward-thinking Ugandan agricultural company, registered with the URSB on 18 July 2017 and based at the Gulu Main Market — working at the seam where agronomy meets technology meets global trade.

N°02 — The Story

Begun in 2017,
with a single, stubborn idea.

Hands cradling a young plant Plate 01 — Origin season

That farming could be simultaneously profitable and environmentally responsible — that one did not have to be sacrificed for the other. We started early in 2017 by training farmers in modern irrigation systems and the technology that surrounds them, and we grew, season by season, into the practice we are today.

From our base at the Gulu Main Market in Gulu City, we now work across northern Uganda and into export markets abroad. Our practice combines on-the-ground training with the tools of a modern agricultural house: RFID livestock tracking, crop traceability systems, structured export support, and certification advisory.

"We are not a development project. We are an agricultural house — and our practice is built on a posture, not a programme."

N°03 — Posture

Stewardship of the soil, the chain, and the farmer.

Our work, when we get it right, leaves the land better than we found it — and the farmer better paid than they were before.

N°04 — Doctrine

Mission. Vision.
Promise.

Three statements that anchor our practice — and the standards we hold ourselves to, season after season.

N° 01 / Mission

Empower farmers with modern, sustainable tools.

To advance sustainable agriculture through expert consulting, traceability systems and export support — helping clients thrive in a competitive global market while upholding the highest standards of quality and transparency.

N° 02 / Vision

A future where farming is profitable and green.

To build a future where every farm operates with environmental responsibility at its core, and every farmer has the tools to compete — and win — on the world stage.

N° 03 / Promise

Transparent, from farm to market.

Full traceability, eco-friendly practice, and direct support for the local farmers and communities that grow the food. Accountability you can trace — through every link in the chain we build.

N°05 — Principles

The four
commitments.

01

Sustainability

Eco-friendly farming practice — engineered for the next generation, not the next quarter.

02

Transparency

Traceability from farm to market. Every link in the chain documented, every input known.

03

Community

Supporting local farmers and the districts we serve — fostering economic growth alongside environmental stewardship.

04

Innovation

Modern irrigation, RFID tracking, certification systems — putting the right technology in farmers' hands.
